- I obtained a 2 million dollar settlement for a woman who had a below the knee leg amputation as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision., 2019
- I obtained a 750k settlement for a woman who was terribly injured in a motorcycle collision., 2020
- I obtained a 100k settlement for a man who injured his neck in an automobile collision. He underwent 3 injections in his neck to treat the ongoing pain., 2019
- I obtained a 49k jury verdict in Anoka County for a man who fractured his wrist in an automobile collision., 2020
- I obtained a 250k under insured motorist coverage settlement for a man who injured his neck in an automobile collision. Although he had issues with his neck prior to the collision and his imaging did not change, we were able to show that the collision and the resulting pain impacted his ability to do his job., 2019
- I obtained a jury jury verdict in Hennepin County regarding insurance coverage. The insurance company denied coverage claiming the automobile collision was the result of an intentional act. The question of whether it was an intentional act was presented to the jury. The jury found in our favor and determined the collision was not the result of an intentional act. As a result of this verdict my client received the 100k insurance policy limits., 2017
- I was part of a trial team that obtained a 2.4 million dollar jury verdict for a man that was terribly and permanently injured after a Minnesota Power truck pulled in front of him while he was operating a snowmobile on the Paul Bunyan Trail. , 2012
- I obtained a 50k jury verdict in Hennepin County for a woman who suffered a concussion in a motor vehicle collision., 2016
- I obtained a 500k jury verdict in Le Sueur, Minnesota for a child who suffered significant burns after falling into a fire at a YMCA camp., 2017
- I obtained a 150k jury verdict in Scott County for a woman who was injured in a motor vehicle collision. She injured her shoulder in the crash and had arthroscopic shoulder surgery. This verdict was in excess of the insurance policy limits., 2017
- I obtained a 150k jury verdict in Dakota County for a woman who injured her neck in a motor vehicle collision. She had conservative care, an epidural injection, and was recommended surgery in the future. This verdict was in excess of the insurance policy limits., 2016
- I obtained a 100k jury verdict in Anoka County for a man that lost his fingertip while using a log splitter with his father-in-law., 2014

- I have been the chair of the Minnesota Association for Justice's Amicus Committee for approximately 5 years. I frequently volunteer to write amicus briefs at the Minnesota Appellate Courts. , 2020
Other Outstanding Achievements
- In the last year I have written a number of successful amicus briefs on issues of great importance to consumers in Minnesota on behalf of the Minnesota Association for Justice. I wrote amicus briefs at the court of appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court in Getz v. Peace, 934 N.W.2d 347 (Minn. 2019). This case interpreted Minn. Stat. 548.251 and is widely regarded as having a large and important impact on personal injury claims in the state. I wrote a successful amicus brief in Marquardt v. Schaffhausen, et al., 941 N.W.2d 715 (Minn. 2020). This case addressed the requirements for medical expert testimony regarding causation in a medical malpractice claim. I co-wrote a successful amicus brief in Peterson v. Western National Ins. Co., WL4342929 (Minn. 2020). This case addressed Minnesota's first party bad faith statute which penalizes insurers for not reasonably evaluating claims. This was the first time the Supreme Court addressed the standards for a bad faith claim against insurers in Minnesota. I wrote an amicus brief in King's Cove Marina L.L.C. v. United Fire & Casualty Co., which is currently pending before the Minnesota Supreme Court. This case addresses the standards for Miller v. Shugart agreements in Minnesota. , 2020
