Ginny's family law clients appreciate her compassion and vigorous representation. Ginny understands the special personal needs of families when dealing with divorce, custody and child support.  Her goal in family cases is to work with the client to reach a fair outcome at a reasonable cost.  Ginny's business and real estate background help her assist business owners, professionals and large estate divorce clients.  She regularly prepares briefs and argues before the Minnesota Court of Appeals for her family law clients.

Ginny also helps famillies with guardianships and conservatorships, probate and trust disputes.  She works with families to craft their estate plans.

Ginny assists clients faced with the prospect of litigation in various areas of law. In particular, she assists businesses and individuals in a variety of real estate disputes including: partition actions, landlord/tenant conflicts, easement and boundary line disputes, quiet title actions and zoning issues.  Ginny also has an extensive background in commercial litigation, foreclosures and creditor rights.
