Michael L. Puklich

Michael L. Puklich's extensive experience in the legal field spans over three decades, making him a highly knowledgeable and skilled attorney. Mr. Puklich is an experienced trial lawyer who has immense experience taking on commercial and employment law cases. After completing his bachelor’s degree in Moorhead State University, Mr. Puklich obtained his Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While he was a law student, he won the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court competition. 

Mr. Puklich is licensed to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota as well as before the U.S. federal courts. He is an active affiliate within the legal community and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, for having obtained favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients. In addition, he serves as a high school mock trial coach and a youth soccer coach. 

Minnesota Law and Politics has recognized Mr. Puklich as one of the best employment lawyers in the state, placing him in the top 40. On Avvo, he has received a “Superb” rating. He was successful in obtaining the highest awards in Minnesota for workers' compensation retaliation claims and the largest recovery ever granted against the Federal Aviation Administration in an employment dispute.
