Patrick J. Neaton

Patrick J. Neaton is an attorney and a founding partner of Neaton & Puklich, PLLP, in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Mr. Neaton represents clients throughout the state of Minnesota in matters of business, construction, employment and eminent domain law.

After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Mr. Neaton earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. While attending law school, he acted as managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review. He has been admitted to practice in all Minnesota state courts since 1975 and is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Throughout several decades of litigation experience, Mr. Neaton has achieved numerous settlements and verdicts in excess of one million dollars for his clients. These accomplishments have earned him a spot in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization is comprised solely of attorneys who have obtained million or multi-million dollar verdicts for the clients that they represent. He is also knowledgeable in alternative dispute resolution approaches such as arbitration and mediation and has participated in arbitration proceedings at both local and national levels.

Along with his work on behalf of clients, Mr. Neaton is a member of a variety of local and state bar associations. He also participates as a mock trial coach at the high school level and received the volunteer of the year award from the Minnesota State Bar Association for his mock trial volunteer work in 2012.
