David Sienko

David Sienko is a shareholder at LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A., located in Eagan, Minnesota. His legal practice focuses on eminent domain, real estate and general litigation, serving clients in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas. He represents a variety of clients, including landowners, businesses, commercial landlords, tenants, industrial property owners, convenience stores and agricultural enterprises. 

Additionally, Mr. Sienko handles complex civil litigation cases, especially those involving agriculture, utilities, hydrology and economic damage assessments. He appears in district court, the office of administrative hearings and condemnation commissioners hearings, and he also serves as a special master in civil litigation cases.

Mr. Sienko earned his Juris Doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law in 2010, following his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2006. He is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He is actively involved in several professional associations, including the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Dakota County Bar Association and the National Association of Forensic Economics. He is also a dedicated affiliate of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute and contributes to the First District Ethics Committee as an investigator.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Sienko volunteers his time at a land conservation organization and a drug and alcohol recovery center. He is also engaged in community service as a member of the River Falls Lions Club and has previously been involved with the River Falls Rotary Club.
