A 2010 graduate of Concordia College, Mr. Snyder attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where he obtained his Juris Doctor along with a William Mitchell Law and Business Certificate in 2015. The Minnesota State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

While pursuing his legal degree, Mr. Snyder volunteered with the college's Business Law Clinic as a student attorney. He also served an externship with a prominent intellectual law firm in the area, where he gained invaluable experience in this legal area and helped to launch the firm's patent prosecution analytics platform. Prior to entering law school, he worked in banking and finance and served as advisor to mid-sized and small businesses in a variety of industries.

Prior to his time at Fafinski Mark & Johnson, Mr. Snyder spent eight years practicing at a Minneapolis business law firm where he represented clients in equity, asset, intellectual property, and real estate transactions, and served as outside counsel for numerous closely-held businesses, proving himself an indispensable member of the firm's team and earning numerous accolades from his peers along with many positive reviews from his satisfied clients.

Active in his legal community, Mr. Snyder is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association as well as the Business Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Sports, Art & Entertainment Law Sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He also gives back to his local community through his involvement with the Volunteer Lawyers Network, LegalCORPS and the Mitchell Hamline student mentoring program.
