Ms. McIntosh completed her undergraduate studies with distinction in 1999, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota during which, she was also included in the dean’s list. She went on to attend the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she strengthened her legal foundations and talents with the clear goal of helping future clients.
After receiving her Juris Doctor in 2003, as well as certification in alternative dispute resolution, Ms. McIntosh obtained her license to practice law in Minnesota. Later on, she became board-certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) as a real property law specialist. Since the start of her 20-plus years of judicious legal service, she has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America for her work in commercial transactions and real estate law.
Outside her law practice, Ms. McIntosh maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the Hennepin County Bar Association and the National Asian-Pacific American Bar Association. At the MSBA, she is a member of the Real Property Law Section and serves on the Communications Committee. Furthermore, she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and is a Rule 114 qualified neutral. For clients who are native Spanish and Vietnamese speakers, she is fluent in both languages; ensuring clear and concise communication.
