Anne T. Regan

As Attorney at Law and partner for Hellmuth & Johnson, Anne T. Regan handles legal issues in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her practice focuses on issues of litigation, intellectual property, employment law, complex litigation, class action litigation, and antitrust and unfair competition. Representing individuals and businesses, she has gained experience in matters of consumer fraud, antitrust, insurance-related claims, environmental law and securities fraud claims.

Ms. Regan’s additional focus extends to trade dress, trademarks, patent and copyright litigation as she assists manufacturers, retailers and individuals in protecting their rights to their intellectual property. An advocate for public and private clients in large-scale employment and commercial litigation in states across the United States, she works with clients in a long list of industries, including transportation, food and agriculture, pharmaceutical, medical device, insurance, health care, financial services and manufacturing.

After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history and archaeology, German and fine arts from Washington University, she moved on to graduate magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota. Ms. Regan taught a legal writing course for the University of Minnesota Law School and is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.

When representing individuals in workers’ compensation cases, Ms. Regan protects their rights against companies such as FedEx, Gold’n Plump and Butterball. Whether her clients are individuals or businesses, she is passionate about obtaining economic justice for them. To give back to her community, she is involved with the Minnesota Federal Bar Association’s Pro Se Project.
