Brian W. Nelson

Brian W. Nelson is a zealous civil trial litigator and an attorney at the law firm of Hellmuth & Johnson based in Edina, Minnesota. He focuses his practice on business and corporate law, insurance coverage, class actions and mass torts, construction defects and warranties litigation. 

Mr. Nelson provides representation for businesses, associations and individuals throughout all stages of litigation. He is admitted to practice in the state as well as the federal courts of Minnesota.
