Details
An attorney and partner at Hellmuth & Johnson, located in Edina, Minnesota, Christopher R. Sall has been serving the people of the state primarily in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area since 2013. Extending zealous representation to his clients, he is experienced to resolve their issues related to banking, finance, business and corporate law, construction and lien law, real estate law, and mergers and acquisitions, along with other litigation.
Prioritizing the goals of his clients, Mr. Sall uses his nine-plus years of experience to analyze the situation and take appropriate measures to mitigate the extent of damages and recover from their loss. He litigates his cases with fervor in court and strives to defend his clients against claims of trespass, nuisance, damage to property and other charges. He stands by his clients who are minority shareholders during buyout negotiations to ensure trustworthy legal advice as they enter into an agreement.
In one of his most prominent cases that Mr. Sall successfully dealt with, he defended a client against a motion entered for more than $100,000. He has also represented a 50/50 owner of an establishment to defend claims of fiduciary duty violations and to figure out buyout agreements in their favor. In addition to this, he takes on discrimination cases against unruly employers who owe their employees just treatment and equal opportunities at the workplace.
Holding a 2009 Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Saint Thomas, Mr. Sall completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2013. He worked as an associate at several legal firms and practiced his skills in preparing and litigating workers’ compensation cases, business disputes, insurance defense and real estate transactions before joining Hellmuth & Johnson.
Mr. Sall is recognized with inclusion to the Best Lawyers’ list of Ones to Watch in America in the sections of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, mergers and acquisitions law and real estate law. He holds memberships in the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Furthermore, he is rated “Good” on Avvo.
