Later, Mr. Malark attended the University of Minnesota Law School and sharpened his shrewd legal acumen and talents through participation in the International Moot Court competition. Moreover, he gained exposure through his involvement with the University of Minnesota Law Clinic as a student attorney, where he conducted case investigations and represented clients in a variety of insurance disputes.
A stalwart champion for his clients, Mr. Malark understands the immense pressure that comes with handling day-to-day business activities while simultaneously managing tumultuous legal issues that threaten to slow growth in competitive industries. He strives to take that legal burden off their shoulders. Actively involved within his legal community, he is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
