Attorney Jennifer M. Macaulay is the founder and managing attorney of Macaulay Law Offices in St. Paul, Minnesota. A 1996 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Ms. Macaulay attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where she obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2001. The Minnesota State Bar Association admitted her to practice the following year, and she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Eastern District of Wisconsin as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the7th and 8th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
A leader in her field, Ms. Macaulay serves as adjunct associate professor of legal writing at the University of Minnesota Law School, and she has published articles and conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics. She is also an active member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association, among her other professional affiliations.
