Rebecca A. Randen

Rebecca A. Randen, owner of Randen Family Law in Edina, Minnesota, focuses on family law and is a trained Collaborative Divorce attorney. Her acute sensitivity to the emotional conditions and necessities of others has consistently driven her to assist in resolving their challenges. This authentic ability to connect with her clients makes her especially capable of guiding her clients through the difficult proceedings of family law matters with dignity.

Ms. Randen finds presenting family law matters in understandable terms to her clients rewarding and the relief they feel when they understand what their options are is deeply satisfying. Ms. Randen also does some estate planning work.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish language and literature from the University of Minnesota, Ms. Randen earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2014.

Rebecca is fluent in Spanish.

While at law school, Ms. Randen volunteered for the Minnesota Justice Foundation and was a board member of the William Mitchell Minnesota Justice Foundation. She also served as an editor for the La Raza Journal and participated in Junior Achievement and the Elder Law and Estate Planning Society.

Outside her legal work, Ms. Randen is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Dakota County Bar Association and the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota board. Furthermore, she is involved in the community through various roles:

• Co-founder of the La Nueva Esperanza support group
• Volunteer attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers Network
• Community mediator for Community Mediation & Restorative Services
• Volunteer attorney at the Twin Cities Men’s Center
