These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.
“Rod was opposing counsel on a high conflict divorce case. He came onto the case after the opposing party's first attorney withdrew. He took over and was able to gain the trust of the opposing party who was struggling to make decisions and move forward with anything. We ended up in a 2-day trial. I felt he was well prepared and calm. Rod has a pleasant demeanor and was easy to work with even though we battled pretty hard over parenting time.”
“What can one say? Everyone loves to have a case with Rod.”
“Was very professional and knowledgeable as opposing counsel in a family law case. Someone I trust for mentorship in family law.”
