J. Scott Braden is a celebrated attorney within his legal community, maintaining consistency in his eminent advocacy in every case he has handled for over 40 years. Mr. Braden completed his undergraduate studies in 1978, graduating with his bachelor's degree from Saint John’s University. He then went on to enroll in the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he bolstered his shrewd legal acumen and strengthened the pillars of his legal foundation to help his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1981, as well as his license to practice law in Minnesota. He later became admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
With a penchant for progressing the standards of client service in his industry to greater heights, Mr. Braden stays closely affiliated with many prominent legal organizations such as the Minnesota State Bar Association, and he has served as president of the Rice County Bar Association and the 5th District Bar Association.
