A criminal defense attorney offering in-depth and staunch legal representation to his clients with an astonishingly resolute presence before a jury, Stephen Foertsch is a partner at the Golden Valley, Minnesota, law firm of Bruno Law, PLLC. A regular part of his practice includes defending the rights of those accused of minor traffic offenses to murder charges, assault charges, drug charges and DWI, as well as complex financial crimes, highly publicized murder charges and petty traffic violations.
Mr. Foertsch graduated with his bachelor’s degree in communication in 2009 from St. John’s University and captained the university’s football team. While completing his Juris Doctor at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2013, he was awarded the William H. Thompson Award for Professionalism. In addition, he qualified for moot court and mock trial competitions throughout the country. He later returned to his alma mater and served as an adjunct professor.

A board member of Alpha Human Services, Inc., he is deeply involved in several organizations, including the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Stearns Benton Bar Association and the Warren E. Burger American Inn of Court.
