Shelly D. Rohr

With an adamantine voracity to her practice, Shelly D. Rohr utilizes every legal tool in her arsenal to give her clients every opportunity to resolve their legal matters with grace and poise. A managing partner at Rohr Mediation Services, PLLC, in Hastings, Minnesota, she is well-equipped to handle myriad family law cases, including divorce and separation, child custody and support, spousal support and alimony, paternity, domestic violence and post-divorce modifications, among many others.

Ms. Rohr completed her undergraduate studies in 1987, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and journalism from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. She went on to attend the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where her shrewd legal acumen and talents were strengthened through her active involvement in numerous on-campus activities. She received her Juris Doctor in 1990, and in the very next year, she obtained her license to practice law in Minnesota. 

Throughout her illustrious career spanning nearly 35 years, Ms. Rohr has constantly strived to progress the standard of client care in her industry to greater heights through every case she takes on, emphasizing personalized attention and meticulous focus. For her many contributions, she has been peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating, and holds a “Superb” rating on Avvo. 

Within her legal community, Ms. Rohr maintains close affiliations with prominent legal organizations such as the Ramsey County Bar Association, the Dakota County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Furthermore, she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
