Arthur C. Kosieradzki

Arthur C. Kosieradzki had just graduated from law school when he first joined SiebenCarey. More than 30 years later, he remains committed to standing up for injured persons in the Minneapolis area. He focuses on protecting everyday Americans in personal injury law cases, instead of defending the profits and corporate interests of employers and insurance companies.

In 1984, Mr. Kosieradzki completed his bachelor’s degree in Iowa City at the University of Iowa. Then, in 1988, he earned his law degree at William Mitchell College of Law. He became licensed to practice in Minnesota that same year. After years of racking up impressive legal experience, he became a certified trial law senior specialist via the Minnesota State Bar Association.

During his time at SiebenCarey, Mr. Kosieradzki has contributed millions of dollars in wins to the company's strong record of success. Some of his biggest wins include a $9 million verdict for sledding accidents and $1.1 million for a bicyclist hit by a drunk driver. His work has also earned him praise and recognition from the American Research Corporation and Best Lawyers. They named him Leading Minnesota Attorney and among the Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiff, Best Lawyers in America, respectively.

Even outside of his legal practice, Mr. Kosieradzki remains committed to helping injured persons. He previously served as the president of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, and he is a speaker for the Distracted Driving Education Campaign both locally and nationally.
