Born and raised in Minnesota, Jason C. Kohlmeyer knows the unique circumstances people find themselves in when facing a family law or personal injury matter. As a partner at Roko Law Office, he guides people in southeastern and western Minnesota, including those in Mankato and Rochester, through the complexities that arise in child custody, spousal support and business/farm divorce cases. He spent many summers at his uncle’s farm and understands the issues surrounding farming families going through divorce.

Mr. Kohlmeyer is interested in helping people. He leads with compassion on every case he handles, as he knows the serious implications involved. Maintaining a sensitivity toward clients, he is able to aggressively pursue their rights in negotiations and through litigation.
