Kenneth R. White

The founder of his own firm, Law Office of Kenneth R. White, P.C., located in Mankato, Minnesota, Kenneth R. White provides representation to clients throughout the nation. Focusing his practice primarily on appeals and research and writing, whether for his clients or in collaboration with other attorneys, Ken provides the quality and expertise necessary for effective advocacy.  He also represents individuals harmed by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, defective products and animal bites. Mr. White also counsels area businesses on employment matters.

Mr. White graduated cum laude from Carleton College in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. In 1982, he was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Admitted to practice in Minnesota, Mr. White is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. White has been a co-editor of the first, second and third editions of the Minnesota State District Court Civil Practice Deskbook, and he has had an article on federal appellate advocacy published in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, an American Bar Association publication. He has also taught classes on legal writing as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. White served as an assistant county attorney with the Nicollet County Attorney's Office, where he handled felony drug prosecutions.
