A highly regarded civil trial attorney, Craig T. Dokken is the President, shareholder and CEO of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. He represents people and businesses throughout the greater Minneapolis metropolitan area from the firm’s offices in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and his practice is largely devoted to construction and  business and real estate litigation. Mr. Dokken has been admitted to practice in Minnesota since 1987, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Dokken majored in business administration at Hamline University in Saint Paul and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1984. He then proceeded to obtain his legal education at  Hamline University School of Law, and in 1987, he graduated with his Juris Doctor. Mr. Dokken has been an adjunct professor in business law at his undergraduate alma mater since 2002, and he has been with his current firm for most of his legal career.

A large portion of Mr. Dokken’s practice is based on construction projects and related litigation, and in this regard, he has represented developers, general and subcontractors, owners, and lenders. He has worked on cases involving contract breaches, construction defects, foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, design issues, and other types of disputes. Mr. Dokken has also represented banking institutions and other lenders outside of the construction area in matters involving collections, creditors’ rights, fraud and loan workouts. His excellent track record in all of his professional endeavors has earned him a great deal of favorable recognition from his fellow members of the bar, including an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
