James W. Reichert is a passionate litigator licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, admitted to United States District Courts, United States Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Devoting over 30 years representing victims of wrongful death, brain injuries, automobile, motorcycle and trucking collisions, ATV/UTV crashes, fall injuries, dangerous machines, medical mistakes, and all manner of traumatic injuries.
Noted for his trial skills, he is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral (mediator and arbitrator) on the Minnesota Supreme Court Roster and state-wide with the American Arbitration Association. An adjunct professor teaching Common Law Torts at Mitchell Hamline College of Law. He serves on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Advisory Committee and Minnesota Supreme Court No-Fault Standing Committee.
