James W. Reichert

James W. Reichert is a passionate litigator licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, admitted to United States District Courts, United States Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has over 30 years of experience with thousands of cases involving wrongful death, brain injuries, automobile, motorcycle and trucking collisions, ATV/UTV crashes, industrial accidents including machine tools, heavy equipment injuries, and amputations.

Noted for his trial skills, he is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral (mediator), arbitrator in two association arbitrations. Mr. Reichert handles stress-driven experiences. He has held multiple qualifications as a state trial academy instructor for national associations and as an adjunct professor teaching Common Law Torts at Mitchell Hamline College of Law. He serves on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Advisory Committee and No-Fault Standing Committee.
