Kelly Eull

Kelly Eull joined Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., in December 2013, and since that time, she has focused her practice exclusively on family law matters. Admitted to practice before all Minnesota state courts since 2004, she represents clients throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area from the firm’s offices in Maple Grove.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Eull attended the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she majored in political science and earned a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in 2001. She then proceeded to enroll at what was then called William Mitchell College of Law, and she clerked for a Saint Paul law firm before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2004. After she graduated, Ms. Eull joined that firm as a full-time associate, and she practiced family law there for several years until moving to Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd.

Like many family law attorneys, Ms. Eull devotes a great deal of her practice to clients who are contemplating divorce or who are already involved in the process. She advises them on the applicable legal issues of the division of complex marital assets and financial obligations, child custody and visitation, and, spousal and child support. Whenever possible, Ms. Eull works with them to negotiate a comprehensive settlement agreement with their estranged spouses, but her extensive trial experience allows her to be a forceful advocate on their behalf when litigation is necessary.

Other family law matters that Ms. Eull has worked on have included the drafting and review of prenuptial agreements, and she has handled paternity disputes and grandparents’ visitation rights. She is a former co-chair of the Ramsey County Bar Association, and she remains active in that and other legal organizations as well.
