Patrisha M. Garger

A Minnesota-based attorney, Patrisha M Garger is the founder and managing attorney of PG Law, LLC. She handles cases involving restoration contractor's general counsel, property damage, insurance law, construction law, mechanic's liens, bad faith claims, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate litigation, small-business services, employment law and collections. Her upbringing and her diverse lived experiences infuse a compassionate, tenacious and dedicated approach into her legal practice. 

Ms. Garger earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with cum laude honors in organizational communication from the Regis University. While at university, she became a member of the esteemed Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. Later on, she attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law with a Dean’s Scholarship, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. She is admitted to practice by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. 

An active member of the legal community, Ms. Garger has memberships with many prominent legal associations such as the Hennepin County Bar Association (Director of Community Events and CLE Co-Chair of the New Lawyers Section), the Hispanic Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association (Diversity and Inclusion Council) and the International Cannabis Bar Association. Recognized for her pro bono work, she was named a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association for multiple years (2021, 2022 and 2023). She was also inducted into the Ones to Watch list by the Best Lawyers for the year 2022. 

Prioritizing client-centric legal services, Ms. Garger looks at complex legal issues through not only the eyes of the attorney but also through the eyes of her clients, ensuring that they are well-informed throughout the case and are satisfied with her services. As a champion for child advocacy and for those who cannot speak for themselves, she has previously volunteered in the Street Law program by the Minnesota Justice Foundation and is presently a part of the Legal Corp volunteers.
