A passionate advocate for her clients, Tasya Rivera Martin has nearly 15-plus years of experience dealing with a variety of family law matters such as child custody and support, divorce and separation, spousal maintenance, complex marital assets and domestic violence, among many others. Ms. Martin graduated in 2000 with her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Winona State University and promptly enrolled at the Quinnipiac University School of Law. During her time in law school, she was president of the Women’s Law Society and a recipient of the Award of Excellence from the university’s Health Law Clinic. Along with receiving her Juris Doctor in 2003, she obtained a certificate in health law as well.
Proficient in litigation, Ms. Martin encourages her clients to use a collaborative approach to address their needs and requirements.
