A highly rated and award-winning trial attorney, Mr. Jerabek has successfully fought on behalf of the rights and best interests of hundreds of clients in state and federal courts throughout Minnesota, and he has extensive appellate experience with cases involving family law, juvenile issues and other related matters.

Along with maintaining a successful trial practice, Mr. Jerabek also serves the Minnesota courts as an early neutral evaluator and Rule 114 qualified neutral. In addition, he also serves as a court-appointed consultant to parents who cannot reach agreements regarding child custody and other related issues and as a guardian ad litem for children who are the victims of abuse and neglect.

After earning his undergraduate degree from St. John's University in 1990, Mr. Jerabek attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1994. He received his license to practice from the Minnesota State Bar Association that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Recognized for his outstanding legal services and high ethical standards, Mr. Jerabek holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell as well as inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in 2018.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, he published numerous articles and conducted lectures across the country on a variety of legal topics related to family law. He also serves on the adjunct legal faculty at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
