Attorney Thomas Tuft is a shareholder with the law firm of Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O’Connell, PLLC, in Maplewood, Minnesota. A native of St. Paul, Mr. Tuft devotes his practice solely to family law, and he is fully dedicated to helping clients throughout the region protect their rights and interests and reach viable agreements with all of their issues regarding divorce, child custody and support, paternity, complex property division, and other related matters.

A highly rated and successful trial attorney, Mr. Tuft also has extensive mediation and arbitration experience, and he serves as a Rule 114 qualified neutral as well as a financial early neutral evaluator and a social early neutral evaluator to help clients reach agreements early in the divorce process in order to avoid protracted courtroom battles.

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mr. Tuft returned to his alma mater and attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1993. That same year, the Minnesota State Bar Association admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Over the course of his long and distinguished career, Mr. Tuft has achieved widespread recognition for his exceptional legal skills and impeccable professional standards.
