Born into a family of politicians and lawyers, Mr. Sieben is a third-generation lawyer dedicating his practice to defend the freedom of his clients and educate them about the legal process, so they are aware of the law and their rights. Offering zealous representation, he has fought for his clients in court and in jury trials, securing many reduced sentences and ‘not guilty’ verdicts over the years.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in political science from St. John’s University in 2004, Mr. Sieben studied at the William Mitchell College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007. The same year, he passed the bar and was admitted to legal practice in Minnesota. During law school, he worked for Congressman Bill Luther at Washington, D.C., and gained experience in managing legislative campaigns.
Apart from his work at the firm, Mr. Sieben also deals with pro bono activities such as the Peacetime Emergency Free Expungement Program, which he co-created to help people affected by the pandemic erase their old criminal records; this has earned him the honor of being named the Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer newspaper.
Furthermore, Mr. Sieben has won the Readers' Choice Award 2022 for Best Attorneys by the Sun Thisweek newspaper's Burnsville/Eagan edition.
