Senior associate attorney at Ambrose Law Firm, PLLC, Adam Kujawa represents clients in Twin Cities area and all across Minnesota. His legal practice is focused on criminal defense, and his experience extends to the following matters and beyond: homicide, expungements, juvenile law, internet crime, white collar crime, fraud, theft and financial crimes; drug crimes, assault, criminal vehicular operation and DWI/DUI. A former certified student attorney serving the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, he gained valuable experience in the courtroom before even graduating law school.  After graduation he spent 5 years working for the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, working as a complex environmental litigator and as a prosecutor. 

Once his days with the prosecutor were over, Mr. Kujawa shifted his focus to protecting the rights of the accused as a criminal defense attorney. He is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota and before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. A member of the Ramsey County Bar Association, he is also an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Representing clients extensively across Minnesota, Mr. Kujawa has appeared in court in over 60 of the 87 Minnesota counties. 

In 2020, Mr. Kujawa was named as a Top 10 Under 40 by the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is an adjunct professor for both Mitchell Hamline School of Law and the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Serving his community, he is also a volunteer for Padraig’s Place and a board member for the Midway Men’s Club.

At Winona State University, Mr. Kujawa earned a Bachelor of Arts before attending law school. At William Mitchell College of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor, was a William Mitchell Fellow and the vice president for the school’s chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. While in school, he also earned the Achievement in Public Service Award.
