Andrew D. Parker

Attorney Andrew D. Parker is a partner with the Parker Daniels Kibort LLC law firm, which has offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Working from the firm's Minnesota location, Mr. Parker provides invaluable counsel, advocacy and support to a diverse range of clients throughout the Twin Cities region and across the state who have legal needs involving any of the following:

After graduating cum laude from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics in 1983, Mr. Parker earned his master's degree from the University of Minnesota in 1988. That same year, he also obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and his license to practice from the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Mr. Parker is also licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana and Arizona as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Tax Court.

In addition to maintaining a successful litigation practice, Mr. Parker has also served on legislative staffs at both the federal and state levels, and he has served on many state commissions regarding public policy. He also helped establish the Minnesota Chapter of The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, where he also currently serves on the National Council. In addition, he is a member of the Cardozo Society, the Minneapolis Jewish Federation and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and The Dakotas.
