That same year, he also obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and his license to practice from the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Mr. Parker is also licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana and Arizona as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Tax Court.

In addition, he is a member of the Cardozo Society, the Minneapolis Jewish Federation and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and The Dakotas.
