Anne (St. Amant) Mulcahey

Anne joined Eckland & Blando as a summer associate in 2019. Now, as a Senior Associate, she serves clients by diligently representing them through every step of litigation: from fact gathering, through aggressive discovery, to the comprehensive briefing of matters in a variety of practice areas including employment law, civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, and maritime law. Anne thrives in civil litigation because of its fast-paced nature, the unpredictable twists and turns, and the opportunity it gives her to craft compelling narratives that help her clients secure successful outcomes. In her time at Eckland & Blando, Anne has played an integral role in winning several large-scale jury trials and a multi-day arbitration. 

Anne has a great passion for building a strong rapport with clients and is highly attuned to their individual needs in every case. In addition to her litigation work, Anne is passionate about elevating small and woman-owned businesses by helping them scale and grow to realize their full potential. Anne also leads the firm’s summer program, guiding its clerks and summer associates to successful careers.

Driven by her passion for empowering others, Anne co-founded The Dot Twin Cities in 2023, a nonprofit networking organization that has connected hundreds of professional women and business owners across Minnesota. Through panels, workshops, and distinctive networking events, The Dot fosters collaboration and growth across diverse industries.

Anne graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and briefed and argued a Fourth Amendment Rights case in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as a member of the law school’s Appellate Clinic.  Anne’s leadership at the University of St. Thomas led her to receive the Excellence in Professional Preparation Award, an honor reserved for a select number of students each year who demonstrate and foster ethical principles and character in the practice of law.
