Mr. Barthel serves as chair of the Commercial Real Estate and Corporate groups of Messerli | Kramer. He has immense experience providing counsel and representation to businesses and individuals, including CEOs, real estate developers, S and C corporations, sports dealerships, landlords and tenants, and laboratories, to name a few.
