Benjamin Lavoie

Ben Lavoie, and his colleagues at Lindell & Lavoie merged with Meshbesher and Spence in 2026, where he is now a partner. Ben has, over two decades, developed a varied practice handling large and complex injury cases, and he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.  No matter the issue his clients face or how complex their needs, Ben delivers compassionate, highly personalized counsel and support, and he has earned a reputation for making his clients feel comfortable with his ability to explain complicated legal issues in a way that people can easily grasp. Recognized for his outstanding professionalism and service, Ben Lavoie has earned numerous accolades from his peers, and he has received many positive testimonials and referrals from his satisfied clients.

A 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mr. Lavoie attended the Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2004. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. 

Ben has been recognized by his peers for his work, successes, and devotion to his clients, earning repeated selection as a Minnesota Super Lawyer. He is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association, and he served on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities Meals on Wheels.
