Christopher M. Daniels

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Christopher M. Daniels is a managing member and partner of Parker Daniels Kibort LLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and serves clients across the nation in contentious legal matters related to business and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, business divorce, civil rights litigation and intellectual property law. He is also well-versed in handling trust and estate litigation, as well as probate.

Mr. Daniels completed his undergraduate studies in 1982, graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He went on to enroll at The University of Texas School of Law, where his academic prowess and legal acumen were evident through his involvement in the National Mock Trial Team and his later induction into the Order of the Coif. He received his Juris Doctor with honors in 1988, and two years later, he became licensed to practice law in California. Later obtaining his license to practice law in Minnesota, Indiana and Illinois, he also gained admission to practice before the following federal courts:

•    The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota
•    The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
•    The United States District Courts for the Central and Southern District of California
•    The United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit
