Dan Kufus

Dan Kufus is a respected partner at Steinhagen, Crist, Wehrly & Kufus PLLP, where he provides exceptional legal services in estate planning and probate law. Throughout his career, he has handled numerous trials and has made several appearances before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

He also defends personal representatives, trustees, guardians, and conservators against fiduciary claims and navigates disputes related to the establishment of guardianships or conservatorships and allegations of power of attorney abuse.

His experience in this area includes representing attorneys through all phases of disciplinary matters and successfully petitioning for the reinstatement of suspended and disbarred lawyers.
