He also belongs to the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society and the Maritime Law Association of the United States, serving as a proctor member of the organization and is Secretary of its Practice and Procedure Committee.  Mr. Cragg is a member of the Federalist Society and is Vice President of its Minnesota Lawyers Chapter.

After graduating with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute, Mr. Cragg earned his law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law.

Daniel obtained a $35.7 million verdict for the plaintiff in a product liability burn case after a two and a half week jury trial.  This is believed to be the largest single claimant personal injury verdict in Minnesota State Court history.  The hard fought case took over six years to bring to trial.  After pre-judgment interest, the final judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff was over $46 million., 2022
