After graduating with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute, Mr. Cragg earned his law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law.

  • Harris v. Campbell Fittings, Inc., et al., Ramsey County District Court Court File No.: 62-CV-16-4613. Daniel obtained a $35.7 million verdict for the plaintiff in a product liability burn case after a two and a half week jury trial.  This is believed to be the largest single claimant personal injury verdict in Minnesota State Court history.  The hard fought case took over six years to bring to trial.  After pre-judgment interest, the final judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff was over $46 million., 2022
