Dan Van Loh is a partner at Messerli|Kramer where he focuses his practice on family law and ADR in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Greater Metropolitan Areas and out-state Minnesota. For more than 25 years, Dan has helped his clients navigate the difficult processes and situations of family legal matters including divorce, custody, post-decree modifications, parenting time and visitation, paternity, and countless other sensitive issues.
In addition to client representation, Dan maintains an active ADR practice. He has been a Rule 114 Qualified Family Law Neutral since 2007, where he has helped clients find sustainable solutions together through all forms of ADR, including mediation. early neutral evaluation (SENE/FENE), arbitration, Moderated Settlement Conferences (MSC) as well as a parenting time expeditor (PTE), and parenting consultant (PC). Dan recognizes that each case is unique and sensitive, and strives to utilize the best ADR process to achieve the best outcome for a challenging situation. Dan currently serves on the Minnesota State ADR Ethics Board.
