Daniel Van Loh

A partner at Messerli | Kramer, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Daniel Van Loh offers strategic legal representation to clients in a wide range of family law matters. His practice focuses on divorce and dissolution, alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, domestic violence, paternity and prenuptial agreements. He also handles disputes involving marital property and frequently works in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

With a client-centered approach, Mr. Van Loh advises individuals and families through complex and often sensitive legal matters. Mr. Van Loh earned a Bachelor of Arts, graduating summa cum laude, from Pillsbury College. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. He was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1999 and is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the federal district courts.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Van Loh is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, as well as the Christian Legal Society.

Mr. Van Loh holds several professional certifications, including designation as a Rule 114 Qualified Family Law Neutral and inclusion on Minnesota’s Social and Financial Early Neutral Evaluation rosters. Since 2013, he has been recognized as a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, reflecting his standing in the field of family law.
