A founding partner at Minneapolis-based Newmark Storms Dworak LLC, Eric L. Over his 25 years of work as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Newmark has earned a reputation as a highly skilled representative for his clients. Mr. Newmark is certified as a specialist in criminal law by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and he also represents professionals who are facing allegations of misconduct before state licensing boards.
Mr. Newmark is a published writer and was a co-author of the 2013 edition of Defense Strategies for Drug Crimes, a Thomson Reuters publication. He has also been a contributing author to the Minnesota DWI Deskbook.
