As the owner of Bain Law, Eric W.M. Bain takes pride in representing the rights and liberties of those accused of criminal charges throughout Minnesota. He has experience in all facets of criminal law and has handled a variety of cases throughout his career. These cases include, but are not limited to:

A dean’s list graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Mr. Bain earned his Bachelor of Arts in journalism and political science in 2005. He then received his Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College Of Law in 2014. While there, he served as an assistant editor for the school’s law review and worked as a law clerk at the State of Minnesota Public Defender's Office for the First Judicial District.
Mr. Bain also gained extensive experience by working for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda’s Prosecutor, Appeals and Legal Advisory Division. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Amdahl Inn of Court. He also serves as the president of the Anoka County Bar Association.
With a wealth of court, litigation, and legal experience, Mr. Bain handles every case with a well-thought-out logical strategy. As a result of his accomplishments, he was listed in the Top 40 Under 40 list by The National Trial Lawyers. He also holds an “Excellent” rating on Avvo and a five-star rating on Google.
