He has sucessfully represented clients accused of serious crimes including multiple murders, racketeering, fraud (including mail, wire and medical), bribery, drug distribution and conspiracies and sexual assault offenses. He has also successfully represented individuals in claims against police and government officials for unreasonable force, false arrest, deliberate indifference to serious medical needs and other civil rights violations. Goetz has also helped victims of car crashes and others hurt by negligent conduct obtaining multiple recoveries over one million dollars.
