Iris Ramos represents clients in the areas of family and immigration law.  She is the founder and owner of The Law Office of Iris Ramos LLC in Minneapolis.   A native Spanish speaker, Ms. Ramos prides herself in serving the Twin Cities immigrant community and assisting them in navigating the complexities of family law, including dissolution, child support, custody, parenting time, spousal maintenance, orders for protection and paternity matters.  When she is not advocating in family Courts, Ms. Ramos is championing for her clients at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), including filing family petitions, green cards, waivers, employment authorization documents, certain humanitarian visas, fiancé visas, VAWA,  DACA and appeals. The other half of her immigration practice is at Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), or immigration Court, where she files petitions for asylum, cancellation of removal, stays of removal on behalf of clients, amongst other things.  Ms. Ramos carefully balances fierce advocacy, collaboration with opposing sides and client empowerment to achieve the best possible outcomes to those she serves.
