He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Eastern District of Michigan and the Western District of Wisconsin as well as before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Federal Court of Appeals. He also holds his admission to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th and 8th Circuits.

Mr. Pierce also holds Pro Hac Vice admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and he is an active member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.
