James A. Heuer, Jr., (HEUER THE LAWYER) of Heuer Fischer, P.A., is an experienced personal injury and wrongful death attorney located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Throughout his career, Mr. Heuer has worked hard on behalf of clients in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and throughout Minnesota who have sustained a loss or suffered an injury.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota and Hamline University School of Law, Attorney Heuer handles cases involving different types of accidents, medical malpractice, dog bites, workers' compensation and nursing home abuse, among other issues.

Earlier in his career, Attorney Heuer investigated accidents as a claims adjuster for insurance companies. He was admitted to practice in Wisconsin state courts in 1985. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization composed solely of lawyers who have obtained settlements and verdicts of more than $1 million.

Jim also serves as a continuing legal education instructor at Hamline University School of Law. He speaks Spanish as well as English.
