Ms. Robbins has an active civil litigation practice as well, and she has represented both defendants and plaintiffs throughout her career. Her experience has included antitrust defense, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, false advertising and trademark infringement.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Robbins attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, where she majored in psychology and received a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in 2003. Her legal education was obtained at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, and she was the managing editor of the Texas Journal of Women and the Law before obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2007.
