Jessica T. Dulz is an attorney at the law firm of Messerli | Kramer located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A graduate of the Bemidji State University, Ms. Dulz has a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology and graduated magna cum laude. She continued her studies and pursued her legal degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2019.
While studying law, Ms. Dulz served at the Saint Paul & Ramsey County Domestic Abuse Intervention Project as a certified student attorney and as a research assistant at her law school. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Prairie Island Mdewakanton Sioux (Dakota) Tribal Court and the Mille Lacs Band of Chippewa (Ojibwe) Tribal Court.
