Jessica Dulz

Jessica T. Dulz is an attorney at the law firm of Messerli | Kramer located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She concentrates her practice exclusively on family law matters, including child custody, divorce, grandparent visitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, spousal maintenance, paternity and post-decree disputes. She serves clients in the Twin Cities and surrounding regions. 

Ms. Dulz is committed to helping her clients achieve their short- and long-term objectives. She is an empathetic and caring lawyer who upholds the interests of her clients while understanding how difficult it must be for them to deal with family law-related concerns. At every turn, she fights for their rights, through litigation, mediation as well as collaboration. 

A graduate of the Bemidji State University, Ms. Dulz has a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology and graduated magna cum laude. She continued her studies and pursued her legal degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2019. 

While studying law, Ms. Dulz served at the Saint Paul & Ramsey County Domestic Abuse Intervention Project as a certified student attorney and as a research assistant at her law school. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Prairie Island Mdewakanton Sioux (Dakota) Tribal Court and the Mille Lacs Band of Chippewa (Ojibwe) Tribal Court. 

Ms. Dulz has been actively associated with the following legal organizations:

• Minnesota State Bar Association’s New Lawyers Section, Publication Committee Co-Chair

In addition, she believes in giving back to her society and volunteers much of her time with the Saving Shepherds of Minnesota and the Volunteer Lawyers Network. She has also received training and is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
