Jessica L. Roe

At Roe Law Group, Jessica L. Roe represents employers, including management teams, national companies, and small businesses, in employment litigation, labor law, and workplace compliance matters. Her practice is exclusively management-side; she does not represent individual employees in claims against employers.

Ms. Roe defends companies against employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims, and advises employers on labor law matters such as union organizing, contract negotiations, unfair labor practices, and grievance and arbitration proceedings. She also provides proactive employment counseling to help employers avoid disputes before they arise.

Finance & Commerce newspaper named Ms. Roe a Top Woman in Finance for her successful work with her clients through litigation, arbitration and mediation. Before practicing law, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law with her Juris Doctor.

Ms. Roe is known for her community service, and she is passionate about being an environmental advocate, a hospice volunteer and a board member for two different nonprofits in the state. She combines her creativity and experience in sophisticated legal work to help prevent employment issues from arising or to help resolving them quickly and efficiently, in or out of court.
