Jessica L. Roe

At Roe Law Group, Jessica L. Roe handles legal matters related to labor law, employment and commercial litigation, and employment advice. Her clients come from the Twin Cities area in Minnesota and throughout the state. Within her employment law practice, she handles employment counseling to large management teams, national companies and small businesses; any type of employment litigation or claim; and labor law matters such as corporate campaigns, neutrality agreements, protected concerted activity, union organizing, contract negotiations, unfair labor practices, grievances, wage and hour violations, harassment and arbitration proceedings.

Known for her savvy negotiation skills, Ms. Roe provides mediation services when a situation can be resolved out of court. She was named a board-certified specialist in labor and employment law by the Minnesota State Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota for almost three decades.

Finance & Commerce newspaper named Ms. Roe a Top Woman in Finance for her successful work with her clients through litigation, arbitration and mediation. Before practicing law, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law with her Juris Doctor.

Ms. Roe is known for her community service, and she is passionate about being an environmental advocate, a hospice volunteer and a board member for two different nonprofits in the state. She combines her creativity and experience in sophisticated legal work to help prevent employment issues from arising or to help resolving them quickly and efficiently, in or out of court.
